NCCP Basketball Coaching Development

Are you a young coach in Saskatchewan? Are you hoping to coach a Basketball Saskatchewan Provincial Team in the future, or maybe you want to coach at the Jr. NBA Global Championships. What about the Canada Summer Games or the Saskatchewan Summer Games?

Coaches who are interested in participating in any of these events will be required to have NCCP Coaching certification.

Basketball Saskatchewan will be offering a number of coaching certification courses over the next few months to help coaches who aspire to coach at any of the above mentioned events, or for any coaches who are just looking to improve their knowledge base.

The following Clinics are currently available for registration:

March 7th/8th - Learn To Train in Prince Albert - DISCOUNTED PRICE

April 3rd/4th/5th - Train To Train in Saskatoon - Must be completed Learn to Train to register

April 4th/5th - Learn To Train in Regina

April 25th/26th - Train To Compete Planning module in Regina

What are these clinics?

Learn To Train - This course is designed to help coaches who coach 11-15 year olds. Completion of this course is required to coach Sask Summer Games, Jr. NBA and Tony Cote Games

Train To Train - This course is designed to help coaches who coach 11-15 year olds.

Train To Compete - This course is designed to help high performance coaches. This course is also required to coach any of our Provincial Teams and at the post-secondary level.
