Dinsmore Composite school hosted a major event on Saturday September 28th. The Rock the Block Volleyball tournament, started in 2016, involves 20 volleyball teams. The event is hosted annually at the Dinsmore Memorial Arena as well as Dinsmore Composite school. 4 separate 5-tournaments were held on the 4 courts, (5 teams of Senior Boys, Senior Girls, Junior Boys and Junior Girls). The one-day event saw 500 people visit our community to play, watch, volunteer, officiate and cheer all the teams on.
